    Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. These will be calculated at checkout. We are currently only shipping in the U.S. Enjoy free shipping on all contiguous U.S. (lower 48) orders over $99!

    Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping option chosen. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days shipping time after processing.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we are unable to accept returns on any used products. We kindly ask that you ensure the product meets your expectations before lighting or using it.

    Unused, unopened products in their original condition may be returned for a refund.
  • Return Timeframe:
    Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
  • Refund Details:
    Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
