    Our candles feature either double cotton wicks or wooden wicks, depending on the product, to provide a clean and cozy burn.

    Our 8oz candles burn for approximately 30-40 hours, while our 10oz candles last 50-60 hours, depending on usage.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Can I return a candle if I don’t like the scent?
    Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for used candles. However, unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  2. How do I initiate a return?

  3. Will I get a full refund for my return?
    Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Candle Care Questions

  1. How should I care for my candles?

    • Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
    • Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
    • Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
  2. Why is my candle not burning evenly?
    Uneven burning is often caused by not allowing the wax to melt to the edge of the container during the first burn. Ensure the wick is trimmed and burn the candle for a sufficient amount of time.

  3. What should I do with the jar once the candle is finished?
    Our jars can be cleaned out and repurposed for storage, decoration, or as plant holders!
